At Freddie, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
